چکیده

Sucrose is the main product of plant photosynthesis and participates in many physiological biochemical reactions plants. phosphate synthase one key rate-limiting enzymes necessary for sucrose to enter various metabolic pathways, its activity directly reflects ability synthesis In order study mechanism tomato, this cloned a gene from tomato pulp named it SlSPS1 . Through bioinformatics analysis, it was found that cDNA 3488bp length, encoding 1054 amino acids, there are 3 functional domain. There 4 SPS genes their homology relatively high. Salicaceae crops, protein closely related potatoes, peppers eggplants. The results tissue-specific analysis that was expressed all tissues, among which expression high seedling stage different development stages fruit. further growth accumulation, an overexpression knockout vector of constructed transformed into Micro-Tom obtain transgenic positive lines. Analysis level on obtained lines showed levels at stage, fruit green ripe ripening were significantly up-regulated compared with wild type, enzyme content increased. Compared SlSPS1 at line down-regulated, reduced. As in verification needed future.

Cloning and Expression Analysis of ZmERD3 Gene From Zea mays

Background: Stresses (such as drought, salt, viruses, and others) seriously affect plant productivity. To cope with these threats, plants express a large number of genes, including several members of ERD (early responsive to dehydration) genes to synthesize and assemble adaptive molecules. But, the function of ERD3 gene hasn’t been known so far.Objectives:</strong...

Isolation, molecular cloning and expression analysis of Aeluropus littoralis Monodehydroascorbate reductase (MDHAR) gene under salt stress

Plants are naturally exposed to frequent changes in environmental conditions such as salt stress affecting their growth and development, and consequently a considerable reduction in total productivity. Monodehydroascorbate reductase (MDHAR), a key enzyme in ascorbate-glutathione cycle, serves as an important antioxidative enzyme in scavenging of reactive oxygen spices (ROS). In this study, ...

CLONING AND EXPRESSION OF HUMAN IFNα2B GENE IN SACCHAROMYCES CEREVISIAE

Interferon is a protein secreted by eucaryotic cells following stimulation by viruses, bacteria, and many other immunogenes. Recent medical studies indicate that interferons have effective role in the treatment of virus infections, immunodeficiency and certain types of cancer such as hairy cell leukaemia (HCL). The aim of the present study is to apply yeast strain for secreting human IFNα2b fol...

Cloning, expression, and spectral analysis of mouse betatrophin

Background: Betatrophin, a novel secretory protein from liver and fatty tissues, is believed to be involved in lipid and glucose metabolism. However, its precise physiological role remains unclear. Here, we report the cloning, expression, and purification steps of mouse betatrophin in a prokaryotic system, followed by its structural analysis. Methods: Specific cloning primers were...
